It's pretty much been a week of celebrating birthdays so far in the year 2010:
Bottomless mimosa brunch at The Hudson
Pizza and pasta at Naples in Downtown Disney
Gin drinks and tapas at The Bazaar
It will continue tomorrow in Nashville for the weekend!
Now need to find some cool spots there to check out.

I've also been cooking like crazy. well, more than usual anyway.
Feta and spinach stuffed salmon with carmelized corn and broccoli
Pork chops with spinach and mushrooms
lasagna!
Today I am roasting garlic and tomatoes before I leave so I will have a tasty tomato spread when I get back.
